The BY-DM500 is incredibly easy to use. It features an adjustable mounting bracket

just attach the microphone to a microphone stand or a boom arm (not included in the packing box)

through the threaded hole at the bottom, and then connect the microphone to an external unit

Since it is a dynamic microphone, you don’t need batteries or 48V phantom power to support the microphone.
